Meet Pumpkin and Nutmeg the Roborovski Dwarf hamsters. They are our most recent rescues from a lady who had to get rid of them for unknown reasons. They were born around July 2012 and are little brothers.

Pumpkin is slightly bigger and also has a more ginger bottom. He is the more dominant of the two and there have been a few scrapes in which Nutmeg has come off the worst. Unfortunately the move stressed them out quite a lot and they had to be separated. There has been an attempt to reunite them, but that went badly wrong and they have been separated ever since (we still have hopes that they could be reunited again one day!).

Now these little lads can RUN! You can hardly see their fluffy feet when they get going. Pumpkin is a real fan of the silent spinner and even sleeps on it!
